Back Order Policy
Due to the large number of imports, we may occasionally be temporarily out of stock on an item. You will be advised by phone and/or e-mail if your order will be delayed because an item is out of stock.
Jods uses US Postal Service Priority mail and charges a flat fee of $5 per order.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
All returns are subjected to the following conditions:
- Returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment to be accepted.
- Used items or items damaged after use will not be accepted. If you receive an item from us that is damaged or not in new condition, contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will assume that any damage occurred while the item was in your possession, and the item will be non-returnable.
- Items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns will be accepted for any reason (except for custom or personalized items). Enclose copy of receipt with item.
Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable, however exchanges are shipped FREE of charge.
